This policy explains how FAC Assurance PAC ("the firm") collects and handles personal data on this website.
What we collect
There is one point on this website at which personal data is collected: the enquiry form. It collects your name, telephone number, email address, company name and message.
The website carries no advertising or profiling trackers.
How it is used
The information is used only to reply to your enquiry and to contact you about the matter you raised. We do not sell or rent it, and we do not use it for promotion unrelated to your enquiry.
Retention and disclosure
Form submissions are sent by email to [email protected] and are read only by the colleagues handling the enquiry. We do not disclose them to third parties except where required by law or by a regulator.
Your rights
