Registration Requirements
- The basic company structure requires at least 1 shareholder, 1 director, and 1 company secretary.
- For a Singapore local company that is 100% foreign-owned, the director must be a Singapore citizen, Singapore permanent resident, or an Employment Pass holder.
- Anyone aged 18 or above may be appointed as a director. However, certain persons (such as undischarged bankrupts) are not eligible to act as a director.
- Complete details relating to the company registration must be provided, such as the paid-up capital, business scope, and information on shareholders and directors.
- Before carrying out certain categories of business activities, a company may need to obtain a licence in advance — for example a Public Entertainment Licence, a food shop licence, or an advertising licence. The nature of the business activity should be determined before registering the business or company.

Incorporation process
- Name search — will know immediately.
- Form and documents — after receiving the company incorporation form filled by the customer and all the information/documents provided by the customer, we will arrange for video verification.
- Signing documents — after video verification, we will prepare signing documents for registration within three working days.
- Submission — after receiving of signed documents, we will submit to incorporate the company within two working days.
- Approval — generally, it will be approved on the day of submission; if it is checked by ACRA, it will take 14–60 days.

- Constitution (stamped with the company chop and signed by a company director)
A selfie holding the identity document will be required for each individual for verification purposes.
